Introductory Courses
These courses run for 6 weeks, they are tailored for complete beginners to yoga, concentrating on the foundation postures and designed to give you the confidence and ability to join a beginners course or drop-in class. It is not intended to be an ongoing class, although a few students do repeat. See timetable for next start date and complete a booking form to reserve your place.

Beginners Courses
These similarly concentrate on the foundation postures, but these courses are intended to be reasonably ongoing and a slightly greater range of postures is introduced. However, because new beginners are able to join at the beginning of each term, the Courses continue to be aimed at beginners. There will however be a greater emphasis on individual progress within the foundation postures. General Drop-in Classes – Because not everyone is able to commit to a specific time or day each week, we have a range of drop-in classes for all different levels, from beginners onwards.

Gentle Yoga & Relaxation
Strictly, this class is aimed at students who may perhaps need to work at a slower pace or with more assistance of props. However many of our regular students enjoy this class at the end of the week because of the relaxation aspect!
